2015-2016



This was a one week intensive course where along with a crew of young people selected from a panel we made a short film: https://youtu.be/ZWAe0ga_OBA 

I was chosen as Editor on the crew and it was an exhilarating experience that redefined my ambition to work in film. It helped me to gain the experience necessary to understand the process of working on a professional set. 

 

 

 

Picturehouse Student Ambassador

2015  - present



As part of this role I work closely with the Picturehouse Cinema in Cambridge, distributing marketing material from their offices to various destinations around the college I attend, Hills Road Sixth Form College. This has given me vital insight into how the marketing of films operate and also valuable organisational skills as I have to communicate with their marketing manager in order to collect the posters and then distribute them around the college.

This was the first time that I got to direct on an official project and it was very enjoyable and informative into what it actually takes to direct a project.
