Love, LOVE, L-O-V-E.
Along with Pulp Fiction (oh and Reservoir Dogs, and I'm sure Kill Bill - although I haven't seen this yet...) this is one of the few (or many?) moments where Tarantino's true talent shines. He is capable of great action, as seen in Django Unchained, but this film shows true intelligence. It's clever. Really clever. And I loved the lead. Not just because she's that 'strong' female but more importantly her complex character. I can't quite decide the distinct reason, and maybe it's simply because she's so bad ass, but I just really enjoyed how she developed as the film progressed.
in a sentence: Great watch, expert performances, delightful writing, BLOODY BRILLIANT.
