Live Die Repeat: Edge of Tomorrow

I was extremely surprised by this film. You watch the trailer and you come to the film expecting something you've seen before: A generic Tom Cruise© action film that has also stolen its central concept of repetition from a multitude of other films. However i was pleased to find that i somehow still enjoyed this one. I'm pretty certain it was solely due to the addition of Emily Blunt because lets face it, she's a fucking icon but i think it also had something to do with the production of the film. The well orchestrated action scenes, the stunts, shots etc. etc.

In a sentence: Surprisingly good.
