Swiss Army Man

This film is so fucking weird.

AND I LOVED IT.

I'm just going to underpin this whole review by saying this film is weird. There's no denying that. You will find yourself, more than once, with his kind of dazed and confused expression. You won't be able to help it. But despite that, or should I say in spite of that, it will also find yourself muttering something along the lines of... "this is fucking amazing."

I'm not going to bother with a synopsis, because not only will it not make sense - as the film in general- but it would never do the film justice, so just go and bloody see it.

In all honesty if you're considering trying weed and want to see what that experience may be like it won't fall too short of this film, it's that level of -"huh?" In all seriousness you'll be due guessing yourself about whether that was a cigarette or a joint that you smoked before you came in.

The soundtrack is ingenious so let me begin by stating: go listen to the soundtrack. If you're at all undecided about whether you are going to bother, listen to the soundtrack. Just give it a go. If that's not your kind of thing, then I don't understand you, but still watch the film.

The film is still really good.
