Requiem for a Dream

I watched this a few months ago and can honestly say it made me realise why Darren Aronofsky has the reputation he has. Seriously. It's so fucked up. I thought Black Swan was doing something a bit out there for a mainstream Hollywood film but- FUCK! Requiem For a Dream catapults his style to this whole new level that I was not expecting. Ok, I know Requiem for a Dream came first, i'm not that dumb, but i guess it just shows how much he's had to tone it down slightly in order to get the funding for a larger scale project. Jesus it was good though.

In a sentence: I know that was an awful review but honestly go watch this film.
