Love and Friendship

Yeah it was alright.

I don't know what to say really, it was just kind of average.

Ok...

It was a quirky take on a classic period style film with breaths of humorous moments. But unfortunately they were only moments, and moments of which that were mostly in the trailer...

Having said this though, Kate Beckinsale is really good in this. She's actually hilarious and, in a way, almost saves the film - but there's only so much she can do.

Maybe it's just because I'm not a huge fan of period films anyway, but yeah, it was alright I guess.

In a sentence: I think the shortness of this review is probably the greatest indicator of my feelings toward this film.
