What an incredibly insightful documentary.
Michael Moore, although insanly bias, is a genius story teller. He managed to navigate an incredibly controversial subject in America with not only respect, but with ease too. He gives hard-hitting figures in such a hard-hitting way that it actually makes them memorable. For instance, did you know the CIA funded Osama Bin Laden's training? I know, mental.
The format of the documentary makes you feel even more sympathetic, empathetic, to a subject I already feel incredibly sympathetic with. He drives the story with a simple, yet ingenious voice over that not only connects the film but draws your attention in even deeper.
He's a genius.
And I know, I'm just starting to realise that these 'reviews' aren't really reviews at all, I'm not really making any statement on the technical details, or specific plot, storyline, they're more just comments. but there you go, that's my comment.
In a comment: Impactful.
